  • Create customize marketing brochures for distribution to a targeted list of active buyers in the desired category.
  • Prepare a comprehensive preliminary underwriting package "PUP" that provides a clear understanding of the projects opportunities and constraints, thereby eliminating discounting caused by uncertainty.
  • Detailed Offering Matrix to illustrate and compare the offering results/pricing terms of each project in the portfolio.
  • Track and analyze feedback from potential buyers in pre-marketing stages, informing them of the forthcoming opportunity and creating a market buzz.
  • Carefully track and analyze all offers and proposals, creating an excel offering matrix to summarize key terms for purposes of comparison.
  • Recommend appropriate counter proposal terms and conditions.
  • Assist client and its legal counsel with detailed purchase and sale agreements, and other closing documents including guarantees, distribution statements, filing instructions, etc.
  • Assist in all activities required to successfully close the sale escrow(s).
  • Maintain contact with back-up buyers or equity partners should Contract buyer or equity partner drop escrow or attempt re-trade.
