Determine Feasibility and Market Value of Property

    • The existence of covenants, conditions or restrictions
  • Ascertain the economic value of the property's revenue potential and estimated new home pricing for the determination of finished lot and paper lot value using market comparables for both sold and actively selling new home projects.
  • Estimate the remaining development costs and fees of the existing site plan using a proprietary database of improvement costs compiled from over 7,000 projects throughout California and neighboring states. We provide a land development cost estimate consisting of the following:

    • Error Detection/Review of Tentative Tract Map and Improvement Plans
