A leading real estate expert, Paul has
more than 20 years of experience in the
development industry. He has long been
considered a trusted resource to
landowners, research specialists,
appraisers and financial underwriters, as
well as his client network of land
developers and homebuilders. Paul recently completed an impressive 12-
year career at the land brokerage firm of O’Donnell/Atkins, primarily
representing property owners in the sale of master planned communities in
the Inland Empire. As the recognized 2006 “Top Producer,” he led his team
in completing the sale of 30,000+ residential lots with total consideration
amounts exceeding $1 billion.
Barry Gross has been a nationally
recognized expert in land development &
analysis for more than three decades. In
1997, he founded Developers Research to
provide due diligence services for real
estate developers with a focus on land
development costs and scheduling. Barry’s
team is responsible for the in-depth
analyses that allows clients to make
informed judgments about a property’s
value or development potential. He also makes recommendations on how to
improve the efficiency of land plans to reduce development costs and
maximize potential profit.
Developers Research uses existing data and regression analysis based upon
more than 7,000 projects completed nationwide. Barry holds an MBA from
Rutgers and is a certified public accountant. He frequently lectures at many
industry events including Pacific Coast Builders Conference, Crittenden
conferences, HOMEX2007 and various Urban Land Institute and Building
Industry Association events.
