Lugonia Park Associates (Redlands) — Part of the East Valley Corridor Specific Plan — Special Development District

Location — NEC of the Lugonia Ave and Tennessee St intersection in the City of Redlands. Both interstate 10 and highway 30 are less than a mile away from the site.

Description — The Special Development District is intended to provide flexible site planning options for future administrative, professional, and commercial or indsiutrial developments, or a mixture of such uses. Any development within this district shall be subject to a Planned Development (PD) application.
